Medellín is a colombian city, capital of Antioquia state, it is located at northwest of the country and in the middle of Aburra Valley. It has, approximately, 4 million people, cause is the second city more habituated of Colombia.

Its weather is between 16 ºc and 28ºcº. It has a total area of 380,642 km². It is also the place of great carnival like the flowers festival in which are acts like: parade of men that charge bigs and heavies flower ornaments, parade of antique cars, parade of horses and the meeting of towns poblations. In this carnival the industrial activities don’t stop but we can see the great human conditions of the people of this region.

Also, the city is recognize for the academic and cientific conditions, because most of the important universities of the country are there.

In addition, the city has a massive transport medium called the Metro of Medellin, that is a train that connects the different zones of the city, wich one has three sub-systems that try to expand the coverage of the principal line, those ones are North Metrocable, West Metrocable and Metroplus, that consists in a red of an auxiliary and exclusive street  for transitation of micro-buses that connects the neighbourhoods of the city with the principal stations of the principal train.
